MovedLA is a fun creative movement workshop series for adults designed to stimulate both your body and your mind. Whether you’re looking to tap into your creativity, let go of stress or just find your zen, no two workshops are alike but they are all inclusive, playful and body-positive.

It’s completely customizable and interactive. It can be energizing or meditative. The idea is to let go of any inhibitions and let yourself tune into your body.

It’s instant gratification--your energy shifts for the better every time and hopefully you gain better awareness through it. We provide optional journal prompts at the end of each workshop so you can reflect and record any ideas or insights that come up.

Anyone who wants to have fun and who is looking to better themselves in a holistic way. We care just as much about mental health as we do about our bodies.

Yes! We love to help teams build better connections with each other. We have worked with corporations large and small, from Pinterest to new start-ups. Within each workshop, you have hundreds of opportunities to take a risk, think differently, and use your creativity to do something new.

Never! It’s not about being perfect - it’s about letting loose and having fun. Let yourself be silly and weird - it can be fun and freeing and it might be exactly what you need.

We want to bottle that feeling you get after a great workout--when the endorphins kick in and your energy shifts from stress or doubt or whatever you’re feeling that day - and you feel like you can do anything. There’s nothing better than that.

Our founder and leader Sarah Rodenhouse spent years as a professional dancer focusing on perfection--but she has always believed true wellness should be about feeling good in our bodies--not about fearing or loathing them. The mind-body connection is a powerful tool and we are proud to be able to help people get there!
